The deal, in plain English.

What you get
RIKAR turns a sentence into a day-by-day travel itinerary, with a map, an editable outline, and outbound links to booking partners. We do not sell tickets, hold funds, or guarantee availability. Treat us as a starting point — you verify and book yourself.
Your account
- · You’re responsible for your account and what you save in it.
- · One human per account. No bots, no scraping our outputs at scale.
- · You must be at least 16 years old to use RIKAR.
- · We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service. We’ll tell you why when we can.
Paid plans
Founder Pass is $9/month, billed by Stripe. Cancel any time in your account settings — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t pro-rate refunds for mid-period cancellations unless we made a mistake on our end; if we did, write us and we’ll make it right. Prices and features can change for new sign-ups; if we change them for you, we’ll give you at least 14 days’ notice by email.
What RIKAR is not
- · Not a travel agent. We don’t book on your behalf.
- · Not a live availability engine. We don’t see today’s prices or seats.
- · Not a guarantee. Restaurants close, museums change hours, weather ruins plans. You verify before paying.
- · Not insurance. Trip cancellation, medical, or weather coverage is on you.
AI output
Itineraries are written by large language models. They can be confidently wrong about times, prices, and details. You agree to treat AI output as a draft you verify, not facts to act on without checking. We will keep improving accuracy and will surface uncertainty in the UI when we can.
Outbound links
Some outbound links are paid placements. Editorial picks are independent — placement never decides what we recommend.
Your content
Trips you create, notes you write, and emails you forward in are yours. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display that content so the product works. We do not sell your content. We do not use it to train third-party AI models. Forwarded email parsing is opt-in.
Acceptable use
- · Don’t use RIKAR to plan anything illegal.
- · Don’t reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
- · Don’t abuse the AI prompt to generate content that breaks our model provider’s policies.
- · Don’t spam our inbound email address with non-travel content.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don’t promise zero downtime. We may change, pause, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we shut RIKAR down entirely, you’ll get a way to export your trips before access ends.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, RIKAR is provided “as is”. We are not liable for trip costs, missed connections, or losses caused by relying on our suggestions without verifying. Total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months (which is zero for free users).
Changes
We’ll update these terms as the product grows. Material changes get an email and an in-app notice. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless your local consumer-protection law gives you a stronger right.
